Due to limited funding, IPD can only cover expenses for full-time and part-time faculty (7.5+ LHE). Consideration for funding also includes, but not limited to the number of faculty participating, total cost, and whether funding has been granted in the past.
Covered Expenses: Actual expenses maximum $50 per person not to exceed $5.00/materials, $15.00/snack and $30.00/lunch.
Snacks – if preferred, you may purchase snacks out-of-pocket not to exceed the snack budget and submit an original itemized receipt* to the IPD office to request reimbursement.
Materials - Contact the IPD office at GWCIPD@gwc.cccd.edu in advance of submitting a GWC Graphics work order and IPD will notify Graphics to charge to the IPD account. You may also purchase materials out-of-pocket not to exceed the materials budget and submit an original itemized receipt* to the IPD office to request reimbursement.
Non-covered Expenses: facility rentals, speaker stipends, and substitutes or participation incentives, such as stipends or give away items.
* Without an itemized receipt, your reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses cannot be processed.
